Courses Taught

1991-1992, taught the course of “Patent Law” in Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology, for graduate students.

Since 1995, regularly teaching IP courses in Huazhong University of Science & Technology for undergraduate students, graduate students, MBA and EMBA students, and doctoral students. The courses include “Intellectual Property Law”, “Patent Strategy”, “International Technology Transfer”, “Economic Law” etc.


Lectures

As an international scholar and a Chinese Professor, actively engaging in cooperative research projects and academic exchange in IP field, gave lectures in more than 20 countries, regularly give lectures in Germany, France and Switzerland, etc.

As IP expert and consulter, giving plentiful lectures to, state government, regional governments of different provinces, industries and enterprises, since 2001, in China.

Appointed Consultant of the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), for the cooperative research project “The Institutional infrastructure for IPR-based development in Asia”, Since Sep. 2008.

As one of the experts for National IP Strategy of China, have undertaken consultancies since 2005.

As a patent expert, have undertaken consultancies for regional governments, industries since 2001.
