Responsibilities:
-Acting as a coordinator for Talent Acquisition(recruitment) team, including:
-Arrangement for phone interview & F2F interview;
-Candidate engagement as needed for timely status update;
-Recruitment data/Information update as needed;
-Other supporting work assigned by Talent Acquisition manager.
Requirement:
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Software(e.g.: Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint);
-Previous intern experience in HR recruitment function is highly preferred;
-Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin;
-Good interpersonal skill;
-Passion, Patient, Careful & Willing to learn;
-3 days attendance for 6 months can be guaranteed.
